  • What services does Family Crisis Shelter provide?

    Family Crisis Shelter provides emergency shelter, supervised visitation and exchanges, violence intervention treatment, prevention education, advocacy, counseling, referrals, and other support services for individuals and families affected by violence.

  • Who can stay at the Family Crisis Shelter?

    The shelter serves survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, as well as their children. Emergency shelter is available to individuals who are unsafe in their current living situation.

  • How long can someone stay at the shelter?

    Each resident initially receives a short-term stay. Some residents may remain longer depending on their individual situation and needs.

  • What is Family Bridges Visitation & Exchange Center?

    Family Bridges supports children's ability to maintain contact with parents and other significant people in their lives. The program provides supervised parenting time and supervised child exchanges when the parent or adult has less than 50% of the residential responsibility for the child.

  • What is the Violence Free program?

    Violence Free is a 27-week treatment program for men and women who use abusive or controlling behaviors in intimate partner relationships. The group meets weekly for one-hour-and-a-half sessions via Zoom.

  • What prevention services are available?

    Prevention services provide evidence-based education and programming for youth, schools, businesses, and community organizations. Topics include healthy relationships, consent, bystander intervention, and violence prevention.
